Job Opportunity: 3D Designer and Modeler

We are seeking a skilled 3D Designer and Modeler to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models.

Your expertise in construction detailing and structural analysis will be essential in delivering high-quality designs that meet client requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and Rhino 3D.
• Conduct cost analysis to ensure proposed designs align with budget constraints.
• Recommend materials and design solutions that optimize resources without compromising quality.
• Collaborate effectively with the Civil Engineering team.
• Work efficiently as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Previous professional experience in a relevant position (in the construction field).
• Technical background.
• Good technical knowledge:
  • AutoCAD.
  • 3D design software.
  • Rhino 3D.
• Excellent technical understanding, skilled in interior layout design and highly experienced in construction detailing and structural analysis.
• Cost awareness and knowledge of materials commonly used in design and construction.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Knowledge of MS office tools.
