Design Modeler Job

Our construction company is seeking a skilled Design Modeler to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and structures.
  • Conduct thorough cost analyses to ensure proposed designs align with budget constraints.
  • Recommend materials and design solutions that optimize resources without compromising quality.
  • Support the design process with cost-efficient alternatives and contribute to project budgeting.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Civil Engineering team to deliver high-quality projects.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a relevant position (in the construction field).
  • Technical background and knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D design software, and Rhino 3D.
  • Excellent technical understanding, skilled in interior layout design and highly experienced in construction detailing and structural analysis.
  • Cost awareness and knowledge of materials commonly used in design and construction.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language and MS office tools.
