Principal 3D Modeler

Join a pioneering construction company as a skilled 3D Modeler to create innovative designs and deliver exceptional results.

Location: Aspropyrgos, West Attica
You will be reporting to: Department Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality 3D models that meet project requirements.
• Conduct thorough cost analyses to ensure proposed designs align with client goals.
• Collaborate with the Civil Engineering team to optimize resources without compromising quality.
• Support the design process with efficient solutions and contribute to project success.
• Work efficiently as part of a cohesive team.

Required Skills:

• Previous professional experience in a relevant position (in the construction field)
• Strong technical background
• Excellent knowledge of:
  - AutoCAD
  - 3D design software
  - Rhino 3D
• Technical understanding, skilled in interior layout design and highly experienced in construction detailing and structural analysis.
• Cost awareness and knowledge of materials commonly used in design and construction.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Knowledge of MS office tools.
