Your Role as a Travel Support Expert You will act as a first point of contact for travelers, supporting them across the full booking lifecycle via phone, email, and chat. Main travel-related contact drivers include: Flight, hotel, and package cancellations & modificationsRefunds, charge inquiries, and payment clarificationsAssistance with existing reservationsHandling travel-related complaints and service recoverySupporting partner/extranet accountsResponding to reviews and information requests You will support customers primarily in German, with English overflow (1%–90%) depending on daily demand. English is also used for systems, training, and internal communication.
