Τα καθήκοντά σου:

  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου, email και chat
  • Καθοδήγηση σχετικά με τη σωστή χρήση οικιακών συσκευών
  • Επαγγελματική διαχείριση ερωτημάτων και παραπόνων
  • Ανάλυση θεμάτων πελατών και παροχή κατάλληλων λύσεων
  • Παρακολούθηση αιτημάτων έως την πλήρη επίλυσή τους
  • Υποστήριξη σε παραγγελίες, επιστροφές χρημάτων και αλλαγές
  • Εργασία σύμφωνα με διεθνή πρότυπα ποιότητας και εξυπηρέτησης

Τι προσόντα αναζητούμε:

  • Άριστη γνώση Γερμανικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Ενδιαφέρον για εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επίλυση προβλημάτων
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα, αλλά δεν είναι απαραίτητη
  • Άνεση στη χρήση βασικών ψηφιακών εργαλείων
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ενσυναίσθηση και ενεργητική ακρόαση
  • Θετική στάση, υπευθυνότητα και διάθεση για μάθηση
