Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid-1 week/month at the office, remaining time in home office) Contract Type: Full-time We are hiring Polish-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join a multicultural BPO team in Athens. You will deliver outstanding customer support, handle inquiries, and provide solutions to ensure the best service experience. This role is ideal for Polish speakers seeking international opportunities in Greece. Be part of a financial services support team, helping Polish-speaking customers with money transfer services, account assistance, and transaction-related inquiries. This project requires accuracy, compliance awareness, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure customer trust and security.
