We make sure we stay the best in class by contributing in research projects, where we collaborate with high-end partners across Europe.Furthermore, we want to become a great company with the best teamWhat you need to bring to the tableAt least 3-5 years of experience in IT project management at an EU Public Sector Environment with Knowledge of EU Framework Programs (like Horizon Europe).Certifications in Project management, Delivery or Analysis methodologies will be a strong plus Good understanding of software & AI development projects lifecycle Result-oriented and able to work proactively, set priorities and successfully manage situations of ambiguity in a timely mannerStrong technical writing and project management skills.Understanding of EU financial regulations and reporting requirements.Networking and negotiation skills for building consortia and partnerships. Proficiency in proposal tools and platforms like the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.Fluent in English and Greek, both oral and writtenExperience and knowledge in GenAI, AI/MLOps tech writing will be considered a plus.What you will do We dont do one size fits all. If you dont know about something, you can learn about it as we go.Funding Opportunity Analysis: Monitor EU Calls for Proposals, assess their alignment with organizational goals, and evaluate eligibility and project feasibility within the given framework.Competitive Positioning: Research competitors, analyze previously funded projects, and identify key trends to strengthen proposal positioning.Consortium Building & Networking: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with partners across Europe, including universities, research centers, private companies, and public institutions, while continuously seeking new collaborations to enhance the consortium.Proposal Development & Compliance: Write compelling technical, financial, and impact narratives, ensuring alignment with EU guidelines and evaluation criteria. This includes structuring work packages, deliverables, KPIs, and budget justifications.Bid Management: Coordinate timelines and deadlines to ensure timely submissions, handle documentation and form preparation (e.g., Horizon Europe Parts A, B, and C), and manage submissions via platforms like the Funding & Tenders Portal.Budget & Financial Planning: Develop compliant, well-justified budgets in line with EU funding rules.Stakeholder Engagement & Presentations: Present project concepts, methodologies, and company capabilities to internal teams, partners, and funding bodies to strengthen proposals and promote alignment.Clarifications & Negotiations: Address post-submission requests from funding bodies and assist with the Grant Agreement Preparation (GAP) process when bids are successful.Feedback Analysis & Improvement: Analyze evaluator feedback from unsuccessful proposals to enhance future bidding strategies.What we offer Opportunities to build your career in the direction you want.
