Location: Greece (Work From Home available) Start Date: 14 November 2025 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: Were looking for fluent Spanish speakers to join an international Customer Support team in Greece. In this role, you'll provide top-quality service to customers, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a great customer experience all while working in a multicultural environment. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email Assist with product, account, and service-related questions Provide clear, helpful, and professional communication Handle issues efficiently and escalate when necessary Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment Requirements: Spanish: C2 level English: B2 level Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive and customer-focused mindset Must have the necessary documents to legally work in Greece (EU passport or valid work permit) Previous customer service experience is an advantage Working Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 08:00-23:00 (rotational shifts) What's Offered: Competitive salary package Monthly performance bonus Additional 500 euros bonus after 9 months Full training and support provided Opportunity to work remotely Multicultural and dynamic work environment How to Apply: Send your CV to angela.dimeska@cbtalents.org
