Deine Aufgaben
  • Beantwortung von schriftlichen und telefonischen Kundenanliegen rund um das Thema Energie
  • vertriebsorientierte Beratung unserer Kunden zu Produkten, Tarifen und Preisen
  • zufriedene Kunden, die gern wieder anrufen
  • Nachbereitung der Gespräche und Pflege der Kundenstammdaten

Dein Profil
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) von Vorteil
  • idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Verkauf
  • ausgeprägte Servicementalität
  • Leidenschaft für Kundenkommunikation und Freude am Telefonieren
  • hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
