Energean is a forward-thinking energy company focused on developing resources in the Mediterranean and UK North Sea.

The company has a diverse portfolio with approximately 70% gas-weighted assets and over 1,200 MMboe 2P reserves and 2C resources. Our flagship development assets are the multi-tcf Karish, Karish North, and Tanin gas fields, offshore Israel.

Job Description:

The Junior Finance Analyst will be responsible for updating financial models, conducting economic analysis, and analyzing financial metrics. They will also assist in preparing management and external stakeholder presentations, as well as research industry trends and economic factors.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, including forecasting and sensitivity analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Support in debt raising activities, including company presentations and financial modeling.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, banking, or advisory.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek language (oral and written communication).
  • Computer literate and experienced with MS Office suite of applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, with emphasis on accuracy and detail.
