Financial Analysis Expert

Energean, an independent energy company, is seeking a skilled Financial Analysis Expert to join its Corporate Finance team in Athens. This role involves providing critical financial analysis and data interpretation for strategic decision-making across the organization.

• Develop and maintain accurate financial models using historical data and industry-related metrics.
• Conduct economic analysis for existing and new oil and gas projects, including NPV, IRR, and ROI assessments.
• Analyze financial metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and cost, to inform investment decisions.
• Apply sensitivity and scenario analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Assist in preparing management and external stakeholder presentations.
• Research industry trends and analyze economic factors, including inflation, foreign exchange, and commodity prices.
• Support credit processes, loan monitoring, and reporting for lenders and banks.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, banking, or advisory.
• Excellent command of English and Greek language (oral and written communication). Knowledge of Italian is favorable.
• Computer literacy and experience with MS Office suite of applications.
