Customer Service Representative Opportunity
">We are seeking a skilled and empathetic customer service representative to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality service by managing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. You will also be responsible for staying updated on products and services to provide accurate information and logging customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
You will work closely with team members to uphold service excellence and share feedback for improvement. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to refine your skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and problem-solving, as well as being proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment. They will also be team-oriented, having a willingness to help colleagues, and excited about the prospect of relocating to Greece and experiencing a new culture.
