We are seeking a diligent Financial Operations Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview

A key player in managing the financial assets and resources of our company, responsible for ensuring efficient cash flow. This role involves implementing financial policies and procedures, monitoring treasury needs, collaborating with stakeholders, processing payments, and reconciling bank statements.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities 
  • Implement finance strategies and guidelines
  • Monitor and manage periodic financial needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including banks, auditors, and legal advisors
  • Process financial transactions and maintain relevant documentation
  • Manage all types of payments using our accounting software package
  • Reconcile bank accounts and identify discrepancies in cash transactions


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or treasury role will be considered advantageous
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft F&O would be beneficial
