Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand existing markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed business objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and support.
- Actively interact with customers to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Foster a cooperative and dynamic environment within the organization to achieve collective success.
- Continuously assess the market to spot trends and opportunities relevant to company's product portfolio.
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new and existing products, aligning with overall business goals.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, while overseeing budgets and timelines.
- Track product performance using key metrics, analyze cost structures, and optimize pricing models to maximize revenue.
- Monitor competitors and market shifts to ensure company's products remain innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT to ensure product goals are met and market needs are addressed.
- Effectively communicate product plans and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and incorporate insights into product development.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Sales Performance Metrics.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office; experience in CRM software will be considered as a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
