Senior Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced procurement professional to take full ownership of all procurement operations.

• Reporting to the CEO, the scope of the role is to modernize and deliver all purchasing activities with regards to machinery, spare parts, materials, as well as contractor services (technical and non-technical).
• Establish and maintain a structured supplier and subcontractor database.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to expand the company's vendor base.
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms and contractual agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Monitor costs and implement strategies to optimize expenditure.
• Manage the inventory of materials and components necessary for the uninterrupted operation of the company, which includes monitoring stock levels, managing storage facilities, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the continuous availability of materials during the production process.
• Addressing issues related to material availability.
• Engaging in strategic planning and contributing to the development of procurement strategies that align with the overall goals and growth of the Company.

• Minimum of seven years of work experience in a procurement position preferably within a production or technical company.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic procurement processes and inventory management.
• A hands-on approach along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to regional offices as required
