About the Role">

As a key member of our CRM and Mobile Backoffice team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the implementation of tailored digital solutions.

This position requires an individual with exceptional analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM platforms, designing functional solutions, implementing automation mechanisms, and providing user training and post-implementation support.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
  • Design and implement customized solutions based on industry-standard practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
Key Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, views, indexing)
  • Solid understanding of CRM-related business processes
  • Experience with CRM platform tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
