Η θέση αυτή απαιτεί στέλεχος με μεγάλη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ξενοδοχειακών εγκαταστάσεων, την επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες και τη διοικητική ικανότητα.

Ενέργειες
  • Διαχείριση των κρατήσεων του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες από την αρχή μέχρι την αναχώρηση τους.
  • Εντοπισμός των τάσεων και των αναγκών των πελατών.
  • Άνοιγμα και κλείσιμο διαθεσιμότητας δωματίων.
  • Προώθηση ξενοδοχειακών υπηρεσιών και up-selling δωματίων.
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχεία 5 αστέρων.
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και τουλάχιστον μίας δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας.
  • Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση.
  • Ομαδικότητα, προσαρμοστικότητα και οργάνωση.
