Your Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Communicate with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide product support and troubleshooting for digital services

  • Deliver a positive customer experience with professionalism and empathy

  • Work closely with your team and receive full training to become an expert in the project you support

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (C2 level) – written and spoken
