Documentation Specialist Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing fiber optics projects and ensuring high-quality documentation of technical plans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day network tasks, preparing 'As Built' documentation, reviewing design engineering deliverables, and performing quality control of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing project timelines and deliverables;
  • Preparing technical documentation and bill of materials;
  • Reviewing design engineering deliverables and initiating corrective actions;
  • Performing quality control of work and reporting to the Project Manager;
  • Designing technical plans required by local authorities;
  • Collecting necessary paperwork and submitting it to competent authorities;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field;
  • 2 years of previous experience in the telecommunications industry;
  • Excellent knowledge of QGIS/ArcGIS;
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software;
  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • Excellent command of the English language;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Flexible thinking and robust decision-making;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in FTTx projects;
  • German language proficiency (B2 level);
