Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the production department.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for the smooth operation of the production process through proper coordination and leadership.
- Conduct basic steps of the production process, guiding operators and team leaders, and reporting any issues to the production manager.
- Control daily status of mechanical equipment areas, necessary labeling, RH and T conditions in production areas.
- Be accountable for coordinating, training and development of production workers/team leaders.
- Collaborate with responsible personnel on in-process controls.
- Initiate shift productivity targets and follow up.
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Production Management or relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry.
