Due to continuous growth and expansion, we offer a great opportunity for career development and are seeking to recruit a Packaging Materials Supervisor for our Quality Control team.

As a Packaging Materials Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP regarding packaging materials including analysis, products release and control.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling all matters regarding imported, exported, analyzed, released, or rejected packaging materials
  • Controlling the accuracy of supporting documents for all packaging materials used
  • Monitoring the progress of necessary controls, records, and approvals of control files and informing involved parties accordingly
  • Keeping records of packaging materials
  • Performing packaging control checks in compliance with General Procedures and Technical Directives, recording and approving quality files and informing involved parties accordingly
  • Being responsible for packaging materials' changes and their proper use during packaging procedure
  • Supporting the handling, storage, and disposition of retained samples of finished products
  • Communicating efficiently with other departments

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • BSc Degree in Chemistry or relevant field
  • 5 years' experience within a pharmaceutical environment
  • Management experience required

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (writing & speaking)
  • Critical thinking skills with ability to evaluate systems and processes as part of continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with SAP and Computerized systems
  • Computer literacy
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects and meet timelines
