Pharmaceutical Product Quality Specialist Role Overview

Pharmathen is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Product Quality Specialist to join our Quality Control team at our premises in Sapes, Northern Greece.

The ideal candidate will review and approve manufacturing, filling, and packaging records of raw materials and finished products. This role requires strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Maintain quality systems covering document control, specifications, SOPs, and regulatory documents
  • Create, maintain, and update certificates of analysis (COAs)
  • Generate and maintain new batch/fill specs instructions for pre-weigh and blending activities
  • Maintain change control, ERP system, and batch/fill specs database
  • Review batch/fill cards for proper compliance with established specifications

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum a BSc Degree in Chemistry or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical product analysis
  • Experience in a GMP or GLP environment

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
  • Competent in laboratory instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, dissolution)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to work in rotating shifts
