Our organization seeks a Shop Floor Quality Assurance Professional to ensure the quality and integrity of our products. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by providing real-time oversight and supervision of production activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sterility assurance programs, aseptic processing, and cleanroom monitoring.The primary responsibilities of this position include:
  • Ensuring real-time quality oversight during production, packaging, and cleanroom operations
  • Supervising every manufacturing process to confirm adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and GMP regulations
  • Conducting routine in-process checks, such as environmental monitoring, growing compliance, aseptic interventions, and line clearance
  • Identifying and escalating sterility assurance risks, potential cross-contamination, or non-compliance issues
The successful candidate will have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
  • 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or QA (sterile products experience preferred)
