Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the site.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Spearhead process improvement projects to drive continuous excellence in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other operational areas.
    • Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and develop actionable plans for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and achieve operational excellence goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification would be considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle basic statistical data.
  • Working experience in using basic lean-6s tools & methodology.
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
