Σκοπός της θέσης είναι να είσαι ο 맞ίος για την ανάπτυξη και τους εξελίξεις των καταστημάτων μας. Ο Visual Merchandiser είναι υπεύθυνος για την διαμόρφωση του περιβάλλοντος των καταστημάτων προκειμένου να ελκύσει τους πελάτες.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία σε Visual Store Merchandising
  • Γνώση των βασικών οπτικών τεχνικών δημιουργίας ελκυστικού περιβάλλοντος για τους πελάτες
  • Γνώση του προφίλ των πελατών, τις δυνατότητες του προϊόντος και τις εμπορικές στρατηγικές των ανταγωνιστών
  • Ικανότητα εφαρμογής του retail brand strategy πάνω στο αντικείμενο εργασίας
  • Ισχυρές ηγετικές ικανότητες
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και χρήσης H/Y
  • Πανεπιστημιακές σπουδές
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους

Συντελεστές:

  • Διαμόρφωση του περιβάλλοντος των καταστημάτων
  • Εύρεση αποτελεσματικών λύσεων για την augmentation των απαιτήσεων
  • Δημιουργία προτάσεων σχετικά με νέα προϊόντα που δεν είναι διαθέσιμα
  • Επικοινωνία και παροχή feedback στον Visual Merchandiser της περιοχής

Η έμφαση δίνεται στις ώρες εκτός απογευματινών ωρών και όχι στα ώρα μετανάστιου πολέμου.
