Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Product Designer to join our innovative team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Analyze market trends and create user journeys to ensure designs meet user needs.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using industry-standard tools.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytical data to continually improve the product's user experience.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing support and guidance throughout the development process.
  • Actively contribute to the product design process, including ideation sessions, design sprints, and design critiques, while ensuring design consistency and alignment across different product touch-points.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as product design, interaction design, or graphic design.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in product design, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong experience design thinking and user-centric approach principles.
  • Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
  • Good visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and design decisions to stakeholders.
