**Job Opportunity for a Senior UI/UX Designer**

To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of UI design principles, as well as experience working with various design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Create user-centered / data driven designs
  • Liaise with clients
  • Communicate design decisions in a clear and evidence-based manner
  • Formulate and define requirements for web and mobile products
  • Conduct user interviews and usability testing
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on research insights
  • Collaborate with many different disciplines
  • Be an advocate for user experience best practices across the company

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in UI design with responsive behavior
  • Industry experience in Web, Web Mobile, and Mobile app ecosystems
  • Experience in design thinking and human-centered design methods and techniques
  • Knowledge of Adobe XD or Figma
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
  • Methodical, quality, and results-oriented thinking
  • Adaptability and a team spirit
