Greek Speaking Customer Service Representative

- Handle daily requests in Greek via e-mail, phone, and other platforms that require an outbound call.
- Act as the first point of contact for our customers to answer, assist and solve any question, request, and issue that may arise.
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls or emails providing accurate, satisfactory answers to customers' queries and requests.
- Complete customers' requests in due time and with a focus on quality.
- Manage customers' complaints via phone with patience and empathy.
- Guide customers through processes, products, or services (troubleshooting, navigating the company site etc.).
