Job Title: Portuguese-Speaking Customer Experts
Job Overview- Native or proficient in Portuguese language and culture.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portuguese-speaking customer expert to join our team. As a customer expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing product information to customers. Your role will involve handling incoming calls, chats, emails, and social media communications with customers or people interested in our products.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and answer questions about our products.
- Offer advice and guidance to customers on how to use our products effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, marketing initiatives, and policy/regulatory changes.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (customer service, marketing, sales, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of Portuguese (both verbal and written).
- Good English language skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Windows, Internet applications, etc.).
- A positive mindset and pleasant personality.
- Previous working experience in a similar customer service position will be considered as an advantage.
