Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Transportation Customer Expert. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat">
- Support customers with truck and bus related issues, including creating cases in the CRM system and coordinating with dealers/technicians for assistance">
- De-escalate concerns and propose solutions within set parameters or refer to 2nd/3rd parties">
- Answer questions about customer service, technical and product concerns, and general corporate matters">
- Maintain a customer relationship database and follow up on customer contacts">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- An excellent command of Romanian">
- Good communication skills in English">
- A high school diploma or its equivalent">
- A basic awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures">
- Work experience with knowledge management systems and information research">
- Professional expertise with ticketing and roadside assistance is preferred">
- Previous experience working in a contact center or managing mail is preferred">
