We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents, based in Greece.

About the Position:

This role will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Document and track customer interactions in the support system
  • Handle complaints professionally, ensuring accurate logging and resolution
  • Troubleshoot issues using provided tools, resources, and training
  • Provide clear solutions and guidance to address customer concerns
  • Maintain agreed response times and service levels

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
