Expert Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Freelance Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts on a contract basis in Greece.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates across various roles, leveraging their expertise to find the perfect match for any business needs.

This role requires a proactive individual who is well-versed in current recruitment trends and best practices, able to manage high-volume recruitment processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using various techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure a strong fit with job requirements and company culture.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants for ongoing and future high-volume hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates on candidate progress and hiring challenges.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (freelance or agency preferred).
• Native Greek speaker with fluent English skills.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' skills and provide valuable feedback.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
