Dutch Support Professional in Greece Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Greece. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

• Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Accurately document and track customer interactions in our support system
• Address customer complaints professionally and ensure accurate logging and resolution
• Utilize provided tools, resources, and training to troubleshoot issues
• Offer clear solutions and guidance to address customer concerns
• Maintain agreed response times and service levels

• Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
