About the Role:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to diverse projects across various sectors, including technology, retail, industry, high-tech, travel, banking, and insurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

  • Competitive salary: €25,000 - €30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:
