We are seeking a talented Customer Expert to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our customer care team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to users of smoke-free products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their devices.
- Provide assistance with new purchases and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Track and manage cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and represent our brand positively.
Requirements:
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Lithuanian language.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
