Slovenian Customer Expert for Innovative Tobacco Products

We are seeking a skilled customer expert to join our team in Athens, Greece. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative products and technologies in the tobacco industry.
As a customer expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers who have adopted smoke-free products. Your primary goal will be to educate users on how to use and take care of their devices, provide assistance for new purchases, communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and timely, maintain high customer satisfaction, and represent a major brand.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess fluency in Slovenian, very good communication skills in English, exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills. You should also have computer knowledge and tech savviness, be resourceful and able to multitask, and thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
