Δημιουργία ασφαλών και αποτελεσματικών μισθοδοσιακών συστημάτων

Ας προσδιορίσουμε τις βασικές αρμοδιότητες του ρόλου:

  1. Εξέλιξη και έλεγχος μισθοδοσιών πελατών
  2. Εξέλιξη και έλεγχος Α.Π.Δ. και ΦΜΥ και έλεγχος υποβολής όλων των απαιτούμενων εργατικών, ασφαλιστικών και φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων προς τους Δημόσιους Φορείς που αφορούν τη μισθοδοσία
  3. Έλεγχος συστημάτων ωρομέτρησης, βαρδιών, αδειών, ασθενειών για την έκδοση μισθοδοσιών των εταιρειών-πελατών μας
  4. Ανάλυση κόστους μισθοδοσίας (reporting) σε μηνιαία και ετήσια βάση

Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος πρέπει να διαθέτει:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 4 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε λογιστήριο, συμβουλευτική εταιρεία ή σε τμήμα Διαχείρισης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και Μισθοδοσίας
  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικής Σχολής της Ελλάδος ή ισότιμου αλλοδαπού ιδρύματος με ειδίκευση στα Οικονομικά ή την Λογιστική
  • Μεταπτυχιακός Τίτλος ή σεμινάρια με ειδίκευση σε Διαχείριση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και Μισθοδοσίας θα συνεκτιμηθεί
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση του MS Office, κυρίως Excel και Word
  • Ικανότητα εκτέλεσης εργασιών σε καθορισμένα χρονοδιαγράμματα
  • Γνώση των προγραμμάτων μισθοδοσίας θα συνεκτιμηθεί
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες, συνέπεια στην τήρηση προθεσμιών, υπευθυνότητα και ομαδικό πνεύμα
