Scope:

A
Payroll Specialist
is responsible for various tasks related to payroll processing.
Being part of our HR Team, you will have the opportunity to actively shape our employees' future.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
• Resolves payroll discrepancies.
• Collects monthly data from timekeeping and payroll systems.
• Processes for payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.
• Ensures compliance with local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Maintains accurate records and prepares reports.
• Resolves issues and answer payroll-related questions.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a payroll officer or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or another related field.
• Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience in ERGANI processing.
• Proficient with payroll software, ideally with SCAN HRMS.
• Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
• Organizational and leadership skills.
