We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to join our HR team in Athens. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to our HR department and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

What you will focus on:

Compliance Follow-up: Coordinate and conduct follow-ups regarding labor inspections and other regulatory compliance requirements. This involves communicating with internal and external parties to ensure all necessary documentation and actions are completed on time

Data Management: Utilize tools and HR/payroll systems for efficient data entry, analysis, and report generation

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR and payroll team

Communication: Handle internal and external communication with employees related to HR matters

What you will bring:

  • A university degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (optional)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google tools (Google docs, Google sheets)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a proactive & positive attitude
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus, but not require
