Job Description:

As a skilled Business Analyst, you will provide leadership and guidance to your colleagues, serving as a mentor and role model in their professional development.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and analyze current processes.
  • Document improvements and automation opportunities, working closely with technical teams to ensure requirements align with the technology stack.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to validate requirements and create comprehensive BRDs, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.

Some key aspects of this role include:

  1. Providing strategic direction and support to business analysts.
  2. Coordinating with developers on software customizations and monitoring implementation.
  3. Acting as a liaison between customer stakeholders and communicating customer issues to technical teams.
  4. Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and acting as a point of contact for customers' users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience with large-scale software implementation projects, preferably within the public sector or taxation domain.
  • Proven ability to gather and document complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
