Job Title: Romanian Language Expert for Digital Transformation

About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Romanian language expert to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a digital transformation specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the online presence of businesses across the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a digital expert after intensive product training
  • Consult entrepreneurs and businesses to improve their reputation and provide insights into customer search behavior
  • Provide assistance to businesses to improve their online presence on the world's most popular search engine
  • Investigate complex issues before defining solutions or escalating them to senior team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Superior Romanian language skills and customer service mindset
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to use desktop computer systems, internet applications, and MS Office
  • Familiarity with Google products (Google Maps, Google Cloud ecosystem - docs, sheet, slides etc.)
  • Familiarity with Chrome OS & Android Operating systems
