Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customer requests, you will be representing one of the world's most esteemed companies in the tobacco industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing seamless customer experience through phone calls, emails, and chats
  • Responding to inquiries about products
  • Resolving issues as they arise

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Italian
  • Very good use of English - both in written and spoken language
  • Work experience as a customer support/customer care representative will be considered an asset
