Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a customer support representative. As a Dutch-speaking Netflix subscriber, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our subscribers.

  • Support Dutch speaking Netflix subscribers with any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through chat and phone to resolve their issues.
  • Answer how-to questions about payment and troubleshooting streaming and content issues.
  • Assist customers with navigating the Netflix platform and answering general questions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Dutch language skills, with fluency in English.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer knowledge and tech savviness.
