
Cybersecurity Customer Support Representative

This role involves communicating with customers to provide assistance and resolve their technical issues. As a customer service representative, you will be working closely with the cybersecurity team to ensure that our customers receive top-notch support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Additionally, fluency in Romanian is required, along with a good understanding of computer systems and software.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating effectively with customers via phone, chat, and email

- Ensuring full functionality of antivirus protection
- Tracking and following cases to ensure timely closure
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand
- Providing and maintaining professional relationships with partners and showing empathy at all times
