Job Opportunity: Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Management Specialist. This role is responsible for driving the preparation and analysis of our company's annual budget and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial planning and analysis (FP&A) procedures, delivering high-quality and timely reporting for management
  • Conduct detailed variance analyses between actual and forecasted figures, identifying key business and financial drivers and proposing actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • Master's degree (M.Sc. or MBA) considered a strong plus
  • Proven experience in a similar Controlling or FP&A role, ideally within an international group or Big-4/professional services environment
  • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially Power BI / Excel; experience with ERP systems and FP&A tools an advantage
