Job Description

As a Front Office Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly and courteous demeanor will make them feel welcome and valued.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all billing arrangements are in accordance with our hotel policies and procedures. This includes receiving and handling payments, as well as managing reservations and providing information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and facilities.

In addition to your administrative tasks, you will also be responsible for answering incoming calls, processing bookings by telephone and email correspondence, and recording guest information through our guest experience app.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and a strong command of the English language. They will also have knowledge of hotel systems, such as PMS and POS, and computer applications software programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant position.
  • General education degree or international equivalent required. College degree preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS and computer applications - software programs.
  • Additional language would be considered an extra asset.
  • Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts including nights
