Performance Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various marketing platforms.

  • This includes managing daily paid media accounts, conducting keyword research, and developing reports to demonstrate effective return on advertising spend (RoAS).
  • The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze campaign performance, and propose optimization actions to improve key performance indicators such as reducing website bounce rates, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion.
  • A bachelor's degree in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, or Statistics is preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing-related positions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint is also required, as well as excellent knowledge of Paid Media platforms, programmatic advertising, and Google Analytics.
