  • They will also be responsible for tracking and following cases to ensure efficient and timely closure.
  • The role involves applying content policies to digital content and executing handling procedures with consistency.
  • The successful candidate will work towards reaching targets as set out by client statements of work and internal targets.
  • They must ensure high-quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.

What We Expect from You

  • You will possess superior verbal and written skills in French.
  • Very good English knowledge is required.
  • You should be able to understand complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics.
  • Able to fluently interact without strain for either party.
  • Experience working with direct consumers in B2C environments is essential; B2B experience is a distinct advantage.
  • High attention to details and follow-through are necessary.
  • An effective team player who can also work independently is required.
  • Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively is necessary.
  • Professional customer service skills including a solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer, and customer experience are required.
  • Rigorous multitasking skills are also essential (e.g., able to log calls and interact with the customer simultaneously).
