Multilingual Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customer requests, you will be representing one of the world's most esteemed companies in the industry.
Your responsibilities will include providing seamless customer experiences through phone calls, emails, and chats, as well as responding to inquiries about products and resolving issues as they arise.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Portuguese and very good English language skills, both written and spoken. Work experience as a customer support representative is considered an asset, along with highly developed communication skills, a genuine problem-solving mentality, and a deep sense of ownership.
