Δικαιολογία Εργασίας

Αναζητάμε εξειδικευμένους leaders για την επίτευξη των στόχων παραγωγής μας. Η ομάδα θα αποτελείται από ervitious έμπειρους τηλεπωλητές και θα επικεντρωθεί στην ανάπτυξη των πωλήσεων του ομίλου.

Εξήγηση Ρόλου
  • Καθοδήγηση, ανάπτυξη και παρακίνηση της ομάδας τηλεφωνικών πωλήσεων
  • Oργάνωση και συντονισμός των εργασιών της ομάδας για την επίτευξη των στόχων παραγωγής
  • Επίδραση στα σχέδια πωλήσεων για την επίτευξη των στόχων με τις τηλεπωλήσεις
  • Ανάπτυξη βέλτιστων πρακτικών διαχείρισης πωλήσεων και on the job εκπαίδευση σε αυτά τα μέρη
  • Παρακολούθηση δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs) και δημιουργία σχετικών αναφορών
  • Υποστήριξη και αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν μέσα στην ομάδα
Προσόμοιες Reqirements
  • Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ
  • Προϋπηρεσία 3-4 ετών στις τηλεφωνικές πωλήσεις και τουλάχιστον 1 έτους σε θέση Team Leader
  • Καλή χρήση Η/Υ και προγραμμάτων MS Office
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Εμπειρία στον κλάδο της ενέργειας θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
